Instructions for presentation

Oral

Keynote : 40mn presentation + 5mn questions

Invited : 25mn presentation + 5mn questions

Regular : 12mn presentation + 3mn questions

A computer (windows) will be available to upload the presentation before the session.

Presenters can use their own computer but they will have to check the connection before the session.

Poster

Three poster sessions are organized on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm to 8pm. The boards will be available from the morning to attach the posters. All posters must be removed at the end of the session.

The size of the boards is 100 cm x 200 cm (H). Double-side tape will be provided to hold the posters
